Week 8 EOC: The Avenger
Running down the ally looking for some place to hide or someone to at least help me. Reaching the corner of Main Street I see a man leaning against a wall outside of a bar smoking a cigar looking down at something in his hand. Stealing a glance behind me, I see that the men are catching up to me in incredible speed. I have to move now. This is my chance. I have to make it. If I don't, I'm just as good as dead by standing here doing nothing. Looking back over to the mysterious man across the street I make my decision to run as fast as I can to him. "Sir, please help me!! There are these men chasing after me!" I scream out loud as I finally have him in my reach. "PLEASE!" I beg him. Finally he looks up at me, well I should over me. Leaning up off of the wall nearly knocking his toned, milky white skin into mine. "It took you long enough to come find your way over to me don't you think Stacy? I have been waiting for you since they first laid eyes on your gentle frame. Come. Quick. Hide behind me. I will take care of these punks. Just don't move ok." he said lighting pushing me behind him with his smooth warm hands.

Week 4 EOC: My App
Have you ever had a baby who wouldn’t
stop crying no matter what you tried to do to have them calm down. You tried
feeding them, burping them, changing their diapers, rocking them to sleep even
singing to them. But nothing seems to work. The only thing you can focus on is
what it is they are trying to say to you. Don’t think you are the only one who
gets frustrated when this happens and you surely wont be the last. I’m here to
tell you that it is ok and that I have a solution that I know can help. I have
designed a app called My Babies Cry Out Translator. You can register your baby
on this app by filling out the basic information about what sex your baby is,
how old they are and much more. There is a small silicone bracelet that you
place onto your baby’s wrist so when they cry it will be close enough to hear
within hearing distance instead of being by their mouth. By placing it onto
their wrist you wont risk losing the bracelet. It will be tight enough just
incase your baby flings their arms around it wont fly off across the room. To
have this app work you will need to download the voice activated translator
that you could use without even opening it up on your phone. It works no matter
what you are doing on your phone. Playing a game, texting, watching videos, on
the internet or even on the phone. As soon as you hear them cry you will
instantly hear a voice translate what it is your baby is trying to say. You
will be able to better tell whether your baby is sick, hungry, tired, made a
mess in their diapers, in danger, or anything. With this app you will never
have to worry about anything ever again.

Week 3 EOC: My Demographics
I believe I am a Millennial
because of many reasons. My age is one of them. “Born between 1977 and 200,
these children of the baby boomers number 83 million.” (pg. 73 of textbook).
Just as the quote from textbook says, I fall into the age range of the Millennials
because I was born in 1994. "The Millennials were the first generation to
grow up in a world filled with computers, cellphones, satellite TV, iPods, and
online social networks" (pg. 72). With all of these things we have come accustomed
to, we lose out on the more important things in life. Like spending time with
friends and family or even doing what I love which reading and writing. With
all of these devices, we tend to lose interest in everything other than our
phones, iPod, TV’s, etc. "All generations are comfortable with technology,
but this is the generation that's been formed by technology," for them,
"it's not something separate. It's just something they do" (pg. 72).
Due to this generation being so involved in their phones, facebook, vine, Instagram,
twitter, Barack Obama developed the Barack Obama campaign. "The campaign's
mastery of cutting-edge social media, such as the my.barackobama.com web site,
was optimized for Millennial appeal" where Obama was able to include
"tagging, discussion boards, photo uploads and other interactive
elements" (pg. 72) and "It created a campaign specifically designed by
and for today's tech-happy Millennial generation, using the communication tools
young people rely on and trust" (pg.72).
